What makes Trinity Wedding Films different from other videographers?

At Trinity Wedding Films, we do not have a template we try to fit you into. We understand each couple and each wedding are different. We have vast experience in the film industry and strive to find the perfect fit for your big day – not only the footage, but transitions, and music as well. As any experienced videographer will tell you, the audio is equally as important as the footage itself, but the video is made in the editing room. Proper editing – color, flow, transitions, etc., are what make the footage come to life. We have that experience and understand this is a once-in-a-lifetime event.

We have a photographer. Do we really need video?

Yes! That is the short answer. While still photography is necessary to hang around your home, and we love working along side photographers to offer a complete experience, still photography doesn’t capture your experience the way video does. The sights, sounds, reactions, are all a part of the day that still photography cannot fully capture. We can capture not only the moment, but what led up to that moment; the best dance moves, the audio from your ceremony, speeches at the reception, and so much more. Think of that song you hear on the radio that takes you back to that special memory. Video can offer that same experience.

For my wedding film, can we use any music?

No, but that’s actually not a bad thing. By searching for licensed music for your video, we not only find unique music, but music that is perfect for your video. A huge part of the video experience is the sounds. It evokes emotions and sets tones. We take a great deal of time searching for the perfect music that fits your day.

You say it will be a full cinematic video. What equipment will you bring?

Believe it or not, we like to travel light. Our experience has taught us what is needed on site and what is not. As a result, we try to be as inconspicuous as possible. We will create no larger a footprint than a photographer.

Our wedding is out of town. Will you travel?

Of course! Because we travel light, our crew can move anyplace you can imagine having your wedding.

How long will it take to get our video?

We aim for three weeks, but sometimes it takes longer. We are perfectionists and feel that you deserve nothing but our very best work. Of course we will be in constant communication throughout so that you know exactly what to expect. And…we promise, it is worth the wait!

What does it take to lock in a date?

First, we ask for an initial face-to-face meeting with both the bride and groom. This is so we can get to know you and your personalities. This is a huge element in producing a video that you will love!

Second, once both parties agree it is a good fit, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold the date. Once that is complete, you are set! We will do our part and will not ask for the balance until we deliver the goods!

Do you use drones?

We do have drones, that shoot in 4K, and licensed pilots to fly them safely and legally. If the venue you choose lends itself to aerial footage, it will be included, weather permitting. There is no extra charge for us to capture this footage in the air that so many people love.
